[PATCH stable-2.10 0/2] Remove test flakyness

['Klaus Aehlig' via ganeti-devel]

The stddev_update test showed slight flakyness. Improve
the situation by
- improving accuracy of the computation, and
- relaxing the expectated accuracy.
