Confirming that the following procedure still works in 2.16:
1. Edit the cluster config using procedure at
https://code.google.com/p/ganeti/wiki/EditingTheConfiguration.
1.a. Set modify_ssh_setup to true.
1.b. Increment the serial_no in the "cluster" dict. In the readable
config, this is probably the first serial_no in the file.
1.c. Increment the serial_no in the top-level dict. In the readable
config, this is probably the second to last line in the file.
2. gnt-cluster renew-crypto --new-ssh-keys --no-ssh-key-check
gnt-cluster verify is then happy.
