Thanks. This patch looks good as far as it goes, but as I mentioned in #3
it doesn't fix the same with all the other rbd subcommands used by
RADOSBlockDevice.
eg Create uses create -p <pool> <name>; Remove uses rm -p <pool> <name>;
Grow uses resize -p <pool> <name>, etc.
