We currently have metric graphs that are percentages but they may/may not have the correct scale (i.e. 0-100) -- I wonder if we should add some code to help with this.
However, I guess in some cases the upper limit may not be 100%, but in general I just want a way to make the graphs provide more relevant information. Ideas?
