it is been almost a week since the release and I would have though my mom should had upgraded already, knowing how proud she is from his son's work, but judging by the sourceforge download counters she hadn't yet. in any case, wanted to mention that Fedora 10 was just released as an alpha and even if they somehow forgot to include it in the release notes, it comes with ganglia 3.1.0 out of the box thanks to Kostas. Stuart also got ganglia 3.1.0 packages for debian experimental here : http://packages.debian.org/experimental/ganglia-monitor and Gentoo Linux has also published unstable 3.1.0 ganglia packages for x86, amd64 and ppc as can be seen here : http://packages.gentoo.org/package/sys-cluster/ganglia so I guess we (except for the OpenSuSE guys that hopefully will realize the mistake they made for not having ganglia packages ready Wednesday while going through their LinuxWorld mini-conference) are ready to celebrate. hope to see you all there, and if we get a "sunk the dev" game going will be the first one taking the balls as soon as Bernard gets on the plank ;) Carlo ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Ganglia-developers mailing list Ganglia-developers@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/ganglia-developers
