The configuration for Windows is stored in the registry:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\hsflowd\Parameters\collector

contains the hostname or ip address of the collector.  Unlike the other agents 
the Windows version only supports a single collector, does not support DNS-SD 
and the port number is not configurable.
