Maybe just redirect people to the mailing list, or can we use a forum
that integrates against the mailing list seamlessly?  Then each person
can work the way they want, and archives are combined.

Web forums are useful for people working in organisations that restrict
access to external email (e.g. many banks block their staff using
hotmail and gmail), so it is good to have a web forum where people can
post to the mailing list and interact
