charles- to be honest, i don't know. it's on my todo list to find out. i got an email yesterday that someone got it running on AIX. i plan on making a page in the documentation that lists the machines ganglia runs on and the metrics that gmond reports. wish i could tell you more details.. i know it compiles and runs on Linux (x86, ia64, alpha), FreeBSD, and Solaris. Solaris doesn't report but about 10 metrics of the 25 that the Linux/FreeBSD version does.
