[Ganglia-general] 2.3.1b1 and IRIX boxes

i haven't heard from anyone.  does beta1 of 2.3.1 fix the setsockopt error 
on IRIX?  if i does then i'm going to release it (along with some other 
good stuff).

if you have an IRIX box, please let me know.
