i have been so busy working on the core components of ganglia that i have
neglected the web client. there are so many things that can be updated
and enhanced in the client and i just don't have the time to do it.

i have received many patches and ideas from individuals that i just don't
have the time to do. i don't want to hold up the development of this
important piece of the ganglia system so i want to give it to an ambitious
developer.

if you would like to take ownership of the ganglia web client, please
contact me. i will give preference to individuals who have contributed to
its development in the past and who submit a url so i can see what
customizations you have already built in.

i think it would be best if we slip the project in half too. one half the
web front-end and one half the perl rrd daemon backend. the backend can
be updated to pull data from multiple gmond data sources without much
work. i will continue to contribute to the backend ... it's the frontend
that i want to give away. i'm not a web developer so i'm not the best
person for the job.

thanks!
