Well from what I could see of the sources there are just placeholder functions for the cygwin code. I guess it comes down to actually identifying which windows functions correspond to getting the cpu count, network interface byte and packet counts, etc.
Also, perhaps a native mingw32 or ming-sys type version would be more appropriate here than cygwin so that there is less of a performance hit. Or would they compare equally for this kind of application?
