Problem: When nodes in my cluster go down, the main ganglia page never
shows these nodes as down but instead displays them as "blue" and
removes the rrd graphs from the display. The info piece says something
like "There are 64 nodes (17 CPUs) up and running. There are no nodes
down."

ganglia-webfrontend-2.5.1-1
ganglia-monitor-core-gmond-2.5.1-1
ganglia-monitor-core-gmetad-2.5.1-1
kernel-2.4.18-18.8.0
RH 8.0
Installation was from rpm binary.
Have I overlooked something here or am I missing some step I should have
performed? I have looked through the list but did not find anything to
related to my problem so suspect that it is something trivial.
