[Ganglia-general] using UNITS for --vertical-label in host metrics

When the ganglia xml is parsed where is the UNITS metric stored?  Instead of
using the min and max as my vertical label for host metrics, I would rather
apply UNITS.  Any ideas?  I don't see where in ganglia.php where the UNITS
metric is loaded into an array so I can extract it in graphs.php.
