Thanks to Brian Steve and Matt, I have ganglia up and running on my
cluster. Finally !!!

The debug level setting that Brian suggested helped me to get gmond
running and then Matts "revised" installation instructions pulled me
through. Of course a whole lot of Steve's suggestions from other
questions helped a lot.
Maybe you should update the installation iinstructions with the stuff
you havd written in that email you sent out a few days back !!
