Ok, hi.
Have a cluster up and being monitored very nicely thank you. Way
cool.
Now I would like to have a gmetad monitor other gmetad's, i.e.
what ganglia refers to as a grid. A number of the demos shown on the
Web are doing this, apparently. There are no example configs for this
unfortunately.
Obviously the gmetad config tag data_source has something to
do with it. I've set up another gmetad on another system and put that
address in my first gmetad.conf and restarted. I've run trafshow
and have seen my second system using the mcast channel.
No joy though. What I believe to be my system that should be
showing the grid, isn't. Can someone doing this please provide an
example configuration between two gmetad's that allows one of them to
show the grid. Help much appreciated.
