Hi: Can someone tell me how Ganglia figures out whether a host is down or not? I am still having problems when I bring up some nodes on a different mcast_port, nodes from another mcast_port would then be marked as down. While they are being marked as down in Ganglia, I could still ping them and they seem to be functioning correctly.
