Hi,
I compiled ganglia-monitor 2.5.6 on p690 cluster running AIX 5.1.5 with gcc.
I used "--disable-shared --enable-static" with configure command.
When I start gmond, it stop with Segmentation Fault.
In debug mode, level 1 :
# gmond -d1

mute is 0
deaf is 0
debug_level is 1
no_setuid is 0
setuid is nobody
no_gexec is 0gmond/gmond -d10

host_dmax is 0
Segmentation fault
In debug level 10, it stop in loop :
set_metric_value() exec'd ****_func (10)
mcast_value() mcasting **** value
encoded 8 XDR bytes
XDR data successfully sent
during one of the cpu ressource, but not always the same and not always
on the same step.
It seems to stop when it receive signal from ganglia-webfrontend
If I start gmond with mute=on or deaf=on : it works.
Can anyone help me ?

PS: I also install ganglia on MacOSX and Fedora : it works fine.
