Does any one had this issue of gmetad dying randomly, in ganglia 2.5.7 This happened to me twice last moth, and it happened again today.
All of a sudden I don't see any graphs, with the page displaying cannot connect to socket.... On checking the process list on machine, I found gmetad was dead. Had to restart it manually. Any ideas ?? Thanks, vineet.
