Hi, I'm getting some errors with ssh tunnelling from a ganglia'd cluster to the gmetad frontend. (sorry, this is probably more an ssh question than ganglia)
anyway, on the remote host (the one running ganglia) I got: channel 3: open failed: administratively prohibited: open failed and in /var/log/message: Oct 31 20:23:55 xxxx sshd[19088]: error: connect_to xxxxx: unknown host (Name or service not known) The netstat shows the remote is running fine. I can also ssh to that host normally. So I presume there must be some filtering going on or firewall, unfortunately I don't have admin on that host. Any idea what are the possible causes, or where I can dig into, so I can at least bug the admin? Thanks, Sam
