Hi Ramon,

 as you seem to be a bit more knowledgeable in PHP than I am, are there
two sets of "image libraries" around? One built in (all lowercase
names) and php-gd (with mixed case names)?

 In any cae, we probably need to add something to the documentation
about the prereqs.
