This is imprecise as I don't have a Myrinet cluster to work with 
anymore, but you could either grab the stats for the local GM/MX 
interface from /proc (maybe only if TCP enabled) or the cmdline tools, 
or alternately hit the switch with SNMP and pull down the stats from there.
