Dear Folks, I have Ganglia running well on my cluster except for a few nodes.
Gmond starts and appears to be ok, but when I telnet localhost 8649 on that node, the telnet session just hangs. When I rrun ps -aux, there is no gmond daemon running. The services GUI (RedHat E3) declares that a subsystem is locked. How can I tell what is missing? I know the telent is supposed to generate xml, but what do I do now that it does not? Is there a debug feature in gmond or someway to get error messages? Thanks Tom
