Hi, In a situation where IPMP is used, are they any 'best practice' examples for configuring gmond? i.e.
Service address/hostname: 192.168.0.1/test1 NIC A: 192.168.0.2/test1a NIC B: 192.168.0.3/test1b As the cluster master will lookup the hostname based on DNS, the server appears in Ganglia as 'test1a' or 'test1b' and never by the nodename. Any thoughts or possible solutions? I assume we could extend the gexec-style host spoofing into gmond (read an IP from the conf file etc)?
