Is it me or the default config files do not work?
What can be wrong in here?
$ gmond --default_config > gmond.conf
$ sudo cp gmond.conf /etc/gmond.conf
$ sudo /etc/init.d/gmond start
/etc/init.d/gmond: line 20: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
/etc/init.d/gmond: line 20: `</pre>'
* ERROR: /etc/init.d/gmond has syntax errors in it; aborting ...
