Hi, if I am not completely wrong this depends on how your kernel is configured. If you do not have either
CONFIG_CPU_FREQ=y or CONFIG_CPU_FREQ=m and the "cpufreq" module loaded that file will not be existing. So, assuming its existence is a bug in the metrics module.
