After upgrading to 3.0.7, I noticed some weird issues with scale
factors in the y-axis of some graphs.

I have a test install that is showing "m" as the scale factor, in some
graphs.. such as load_* and cpu_nice.

I ran gmond with -d3, and it looks like it is sending the data correctly.
I dumped the traffic, and the values that gmond is outputting in debug
mode are the same as the xml being sent.

Using drraw, I can make a graph from the rrd files that gmetad has
collected, and the output looks great. Here is an example of load_one.

Any ideas where to look next?
I am thinking the php interface itself might be calling rrdtool in a
strange way, but I haven't found where yet..
