Hi Bernard,
I have upgrade one of the  clusters managed by the aggregation server with 
Ganglia 3.0.7 and a recent rrdtool version.
>From the aggregation server point of view the problem remain ( log in 
/var/log/messages ).
I redo the manual query on the interactive port of thecluster in 3.0.7, I 
attached the frame at the end of the mail after removing all the gmetrics 
metrics ( 2*66 ) .
>From my understanding, the problem is that the all frame is repeated twice, 
with this TAG in the middle :
