Depends on the chart, and depends on the version.  You're using 3.0.7,
and this is probably the cpu_report, so the code will be in the
graph.php, starting at line 90.

However, when looking at the cluster view, it uses the RRD files in
the __Sumary_Info__ directory.  cpu_num counts are stored there, but
not on a per-host basis.  Just the total number of computers and
contributed CPUs.

That section of code isn't too complicated if you want to have a look
at it.  I'll do the same.
