Can you run `gstat` on oralnx51.visto-mgmt.com?  If it only shows one
host, that means gmond on that host can only see itself.

Ganglia by default uses multicast -- perhaps there are some
configuration issues with your switch?  If you cannot get multicast to
work, you can try to use unicast instead.  For more information please
refer to `man gmond.conf` or read the other thread which Paul
responded to today.
