from what I recall, BOFs are pretty easy to setup; you can just follow the instructions from : http://www.usenix.org/events/lisa08/bofs.html most of the people interested in monitoring might be already aligned for the BOFs in the Hampton room for Wednesday anyway and the BOF schedule is published to all participants at registration as well.
