Hi,
I have a really frustrating problem. I am running ganglia on a host which is
connected physically to my two subnets. 10.8.0.0/16 and 193.129.0.0/16. I
have configured my gmond.conf files on both subnets to have the correct name
'Compute Nodes' However, I can only see the nodes on the 193.129.0.0 network
(eth0). The 10.8.0.0 network (eth1) does not show anywhere. Assuming I want
to use the 8690 port in ALL my gmond.conf files what do I need to change in
my gmetad.conf file to see all the hosts across the two subnets?
Here is the entry from my gmetad.conf file.
data_source "Compute Nodes" 60 sw2001 sw3001 sw8081
hosts sw2001 and sw3001 are on the 193.129.0.0 network. Host sw8081 is on
the 10.8.0.0 network.
Any help/advice gratefully received.
