Easiest: Bookmark the cluster view you want to start with, and just that bookmark. Distribute that bookmark to others or link it on your interal wiki, etc., so it becomes people's start page. More general solution: At both places I've been at that used Ganglia, we set up alternate dashboard pages that everyone used as the "home" page for Ganglia.
