my situation:
 1) hostA : MDS host, with gt4.2.1, ganglia (gmetad, gmond)

2) hostB: cluster master(PBS master),with gt4.2.1, ganglia (gmetad, gmond)

3) hostC,hostD,hostE,... : cluster(PBS) slaves, with ganglia(gmond)

4) hostZ: installed gridway, I want to get the detail host information about
the whole grid via ganglia information provider.

in hostA: I configured the
$GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus_wsrf_mds_usefulrp/gluerp.xml
to let ganglia be the defaultProvider. then do everything as
http://www.globus.org/toolkit/docs/latest-stable/info/providers/ganglia/#ganglia(with
the fork-ganglia mode).

in hostB: the same as hostA, but with the pbs-ganglia mode.

ofcourse, I started all the gmond daemons in all the nodes and gmetad
daemons in hostA and hostB (I'm still not sure if hostA collect the
cluster's infos via gmetad in hostB). I started the globus containers of
hostA and hostB. then I get the error in container.log:

WARN transforms.GLUEComputeElementTransform [Timer-4,transformElement: 131]
Exception while trying to deserialize GLUE input:
org.globus.wsrf.encoding.DeserializationException: Deserialization failed
[Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXException]

why????I am sure I used the "mds-gluerp-configure pbs ganglia" and
configured $GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus_wsrf_mds_index/server-config.wsdd

with the right rpProviderConfigFile path.

Best Regards,
Elaine.
