You asked this question week or so ago, and the answer still hasn't
changed.  You will need some way to get the temperature readings from
the CPU sensors (try IPMI or lm_sensors), and inject those into
Ganglia somehow.  The two suggested ways were writting a small shell
script that calls gmetric, or writing a gmond module.

I believe that you can also use "collectl" to do this, as others on
this list have mentioned before.
