I think federation is working between "frame" and "fusion", it's just
that the graphs are not being generated.  Do you have something like
SELinux enabled on "fusion"?  Do you see any other error logs on
"fusion" regarding rrdtool?

As for "production" showing up in "fusion" -- is fusion in
production's trusted_hosts list in gmetad.conf?

By changing "gridname" in gmetad.conf.

Additional notes:

- you need to install php-gd on "production" for the Pie Chart to show up
- on both "production" and "frame", the "Ganglia Web Frontend version"
is missing -- have you made some local modifications to the PHP
frontend code?
