Good Day,

Has anyone come across the following?

We've just upgraded ganglia from 3.0.7 to 3.1.2 on 30 AIX 5.2 / 5.3
Power 4 / 5 / 6 servers. The upgrade was successful on 24 of 30. Not ALL
the metrics are being loaded on 6 servers. What would prevent these from
being loaded? Is there a way of forcing the metrics to load?

Running /opt/freeware/sbin/gmond -m on the six servers which do not load
only lists:

/opt/freeware/sbin/gmond -m

heartbeat Last heartbeat (module core_metrics)

location Location of the machine (module core_metrics)

gexec gexec available (module core_metrics)

whereas on the other 24, the listed metrics is:

/opt/freeware/sbin/gmond -m

load_one One minute load average (module load_module)

os_release Operating system release date (module sys_module)
