Title: Gmetad question
Yes, you just list the data source in each cluster in the gmetad.conf file Like so:
data_source "Cluster 1" 192.168.23.71 data_source "Cluster 2" 172.1.1.58
where the 192.168.23.71 and 172.1.1.58 ip addresses are the headnodes for each cluster where the single gmetad will pull the XML data for each cluster.

Subject: [Ganglia-general] [SPAM] Gmetad question
Hi folks
Is it possible to setup 1 gmetad for multiple gmond clusters?
Let's give an example:
Let's say we have 2 clusters Cluster A and Cluster B, in which there are three gmond clients each.
Each cluster currently has it own gmetad running.
Is it possible to have just one gmetad running for both clusters A and B instead of 1 gmetad per cluster?
Thanks in advance!
Met vriendelijke groet
Best regards
Bien à vous
