Files from /usr/lib{64}/ganglia are populated from both ganglia-gmond
and libganglia RPMs.
/usr/lib{64}/ganglia/modcpu.so comes from ganglia-gmond RPM specifically.

On x86_64, the directory is /usr/lib64/ganglia instead of /usr/lib/ganglia.
BTW, you might want to compare /etc/ganglia/gmond.conf between the
i386 and x86_64 box to make sure there aren't any differences.
