Thanks All, Installed the rpm, deleted old rrds and changed path in the conf.php file. Here is what I am getting in the httpd/error_log, as you can see, I am still receiving errors. I ended up download an rpm from epel or http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/rrdtool/ and it worked. It will install to /usr/lib as standard library path, instead of /usr/local. The RPM has an older version but it works.
