I recently installed ganglia 3.1.2. When I bring up the web front end, many of my hosts are missing from the display. In particular I see only 8 hosts out of 14. The nodes that tend to appear are the ones at the top of the telnet to the localhost 8650| grep 'HOST NAME' results. wasim02, (shown below) and all hosts below it do not appear.
If take the web address to one of the hosts that does appear and modifiy it with the name of a missing host, I get full detailed data for that missing host. It's just not appearing in the cluster view. (I think I am using that term correctly) Case in point, taking http://waxgridqm/ganglia/?c=wagrid&h=wasim06.ciena.com&m=load_one&r=hour &s=descending&hc=4&mc=2 and modifying it to http://waxgridqm/ganglia/?c=wagrid&h=wasim04.ciena.com&m=load_one&r=hour &s=descending&hc=4&mc=2 works even though the wasim04 graph is missing from the main page. Any help troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated. I verified that using a gstat - p 8650 that I get the following results.
