Folks,
Thank you all for your replies to my query. I did try doing the same, now
here is what my files look like:
gmetad (Rest at defaults):
data_source "Cluster-B" 10.1.1.33:9989 10.1.1.35:9989
data_source "Cluster-H" 10.1.0.33 10.1.0.35
gridname "MyGrid"
setuid_username "ganglia"
xml_port 8651
interactive_port 8652
gmond (for cluster-H machines) (Rest at defaults):
name "Cluster-H"
setuid ganglia
gmond (for cluster-B machines) (Rest at defaults):
name "Cluster-B"
setuid ganglia
mcast_port 9989
xml_port 9989
The output as of now: cluster-H has all machines in the cluster-H range
(10.1.0.33 to 10.1.0.45) and ONLY one host from Cluster-B range (10.1.1.33)
and that host is said to be down, although gmond is running on port 9989. Is
there still something I need to do to get this fixed?
