Your web interface is claiming that it is running 3.1.2, however, Gmetrics should no longer be showing separately in host_view, did you do some manual patching with the web files? Also, I noticed that you have jobmonarch plugin installed, but it is not displaying correctly. Perhaps there were some conflicts with the installation? Check your web installation to make sure that you have copied all the files to the correct locations, also check your httpd log files to see if there are any hints to what's broken.
