Hello, in some cases a constant sent to Ganglia can be variable and is not updated in Ganglia except if I restart gmond on the host. For example: - number of virtual CPUs dynamically allocated to system partitions of a physical machine. - swapon or swapoff on an host
In addition, those 'constants' seems to be used in other graphs, in calculations involving dynamic metrics, or as thresholds, and some graphs can become inaccurate or screwed up if the constants change. You can easily test on the report for memory after a swapoff. So, is there a configuration parameter to periodically update the constants, or an other way of doing this ? Let me know, thanks.
