Hi,
The timezone warning should disappear, if you set the correct timezone
in your php.ini file. In case of Linux edit /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini,
uncomment the line and set your timezone, for example
date.timezone = America/New_York
Restart your webserver.
The other messages can be ignored. I use php 5.3.3 with ganglia 3.1.7
without any problems.
