Hello all, I have some XEON 5560 compute nodes which have enabled hyperthreading. At this point, the OS (RHEL 5.4) is reporting 16 ‘cores’ but we already have 8 per compute node. There is a way to force ganglia to report the number of real CPUs instead of the number of ‘virtual+real’ CPUs? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, -Hugo
