Hi Delphine, you can send a value via gmetric in a special way, so this value will automaticaly shown (Ganglia 3.0.7) in the web front end under "Constant Metrics" (text form).
ksh example: USER=12 ./gmetric -t uint32 -s zero -n 'user' -v $USER -u 'User' I'm not sure if that's what you want ...
