There are some free X Windows software available for WIndows.

As for smartphones, yeah, nothing beats Ganglia Mobile on
webkit-capable browsers:

Actually they support: IBM LoadLeveler, PBSpro, Torque, or IBM Blue Gene/L

I have spoken to the developer, from the sounds of it you should be
able to easily get it to work with OGE or SLURM.  However, it's at the
cost of running yet another daemon to grab the data.

I guess that's enough off-topic discussions for the day.  Wish you
