ok, thanks for your help... i tried to create .deb files from yours .rpm files
but i doesn't work so i used the files in the .tar file. I typed ./configure
and all went right but with the make command i get this:
gcc: /usr/lib/libdbi.so: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [gmetad] Errore 1
make[2]: uscita dalla directory
"/home/giovanni/Scaricati/ganglia-3.2.0.2466/gmetad"

make: *** [all] Errore 2
ideas?
