I have managed to figure out the setting *finally* yesterday morning and able to resolved the issue using unicast. Now I am able to see all my servers through various clusters globally. Thank you so much for your help and patience. By the way, saw your introduction on ganglia over YouTube yesterday and wondering if there is any seminar or course on ganglia happen to be in Singapore or within the region?
