Hello,
I am having problems integrating rrdcached with ganglia-3.2.0. I have
rrdtool-1.4.5 installed. I am not getting any data stored in the sockets:
srwxrwxrwx 1 nobody nobody 0 Dec 20 08:58 rrdcached.limited.sock
-rw-r--r-- 1 nobody nobody 5 Dec 20 08:58 rrdcached.pid
srw-rw-r-- 1 nobody apache 0 Dec 20 08:58 rrdcached.sock
Below is the command I use to start rrdcached.
# su nobody -c '/usr/pppl/rrdtool/1.4.5-i386/bin/rrdcached -p
/tmp/rrdcached.pid \
-s apache -m 664 -l unix:/tmp/rrdcached.sock \
-s nobody -m 777 -P FLUSH,STATS,HELP -l unix:/tmp/rrdcached.limited.sock \
-b /var/lib/ganglia/rrds -B' -s /bin/sh
